Every effort is made to display artwork, colours, and product images as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device.
Many artworks are printed to order, while original paintings are one-of-a-kind and subject to availability.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the unlikely event of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location or postal service delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Return Policy
I hope you love your artwork as much as I loved creating it.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at eli@shelovesclouds.com. I'll do my best to find a solution.
Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email eli@shelovesclouds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. I'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Custom Orders
Because custom or personalized artwork is created especially for you, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
