Damaged/Wrong Product Delivered
If you've received a wrong or damaged print, please get in touch with us immediately and kindly attach photos of the damaged product. We would be happy to send you a new one. You can email us at eli@elibajet.com
Returns/Refund Policy
Should you decide to return the product for any other reason, you'll be required to send the product back to Eli's warehouse in Rockton Ontario.
Please note that you would need to bear the cost of sending the package back to our agent. We offer a 60 days return policy so you can choose the most economical shipping option.
Once we have received the returned product, we will process a full refund to you. Please get in touch with us at eli@elibajet.com or via the Contact Us page to arrange for a return.
Our Returns Policy lasts for 60 days, starting from the date your order was delivered to you. Returns that reach us after this period will not be accepted.
Prints must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in and in the original packing or similar protective tube/box.
If your prints arrived damaged or with defects, this will need to be made known to us before the return process is initiated. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.
Large prints and Prints ordered in custom sizes and framing are not eligible for returns/refunds. Custom sizes are defined as all orders from the " Large Print section" and greater than 24x36 inch.
